220 pounds of candy have been purchased for trick-or-treaters at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Now treat trails have been added as well as a few few surprise stations around the park. You will find a link to the 2013 Halloween Party map below.
Many of the Disney characters are only available to meet during the Halloween party. The seven dwarfs are some of the most sought after characters and lines can get long to meet these guys. Be sure to have your cameras & autograph books ready.
If you have ordered Disney’s Photopass, this is a great time to take full advantage of it while taking pictures at the Halloween party. When you get home you can add custom Halloween Party boarders & have your CD shipped to you when you are finished.
This year Jack Skellington & Sally, from Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas, will appear at the Halloween Party in Disney World for the first time. Look for them in Town Square. They are always popular with the crowds.
in 2012 we left with over 10 pounds of candy. (The good stuff) As well as plenty of trick-or-treating, you can enjoy select rides and attractions that are open exclusively to party guests. There is a special Halloween fireworks show prior to Disney’s “Boo To You” parade at at 8:15 and 10:30. All of the Disney Characters are dressed in their Halloween costumes and even the Headless horseman makes his appearance at the start of the parade.
Look for the special Photopass Magic Shots offered around Magic Kingdom. One popular Magic Shot is the one offered with the carriage driver ghost outside of the Haunted Mansion ride.
Mikey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is being held on the following date for 2013:
September: 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27 & 29, 2013
October: 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 14, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 27, 29 & 31, 2013
November: 1, 2013
All of the parties begin at 7:00 pm and end at midnight. Parades are scheduled for 8:15 and 10:30 and fireworks are around 9:30.

You do not need a park admission ticket to attend the Halloween party; only your party ticket. If you are already in the park the day you attend the party, you will need to go to the park entrance to give them your Halloween Party Tickets and get your trick-or-treat bags and party bracelets. Prices range from $59. to $73. a ticket. There are discounts for certain dates, passholders and advance ticket purchases.
